Two Funny this Week!

Okay, I don't want this blog to be all about the dogs, but this week they have been ALL personality!

Let's start with Tuesday:

After waiting WAY too long to get the girls in for a haircut, we can finally see their eyes again. I took them in for a good bath and grooming. (Of course the groomer was not so happy with us as G has a few knots in her armpits... oops! We at least tried to get them out the night before.) Grooming is a big deal for G and P. They get to go see their friends at the Vet's office, stay awake all day, take a bath, sit under warm dryers, get loved on, lots of treats, and a red bow attached to their collars to prove how cute they really are. Never do they let the guard down until we get home as to how tired they really are from the activities. When Chris and I were going to bed Tuesday night, I had to fight my way into my body pillow because of the girls think it is theirs! 

And yes, they both fell asleep shortly after the picture was taken!

Fast Forward to Wednesday Night:

I was laying on the couch with my feet up on the ottoman covered in the green blanket. As we humans know, a blanket doesn't make a very good "bridge" when there is a crack. P however must not have received the memo! She curled right up in my legs and began pushing the ottoman away from the couch. Chris came back into the family room to find P here.

He asked me, "Do you know where Pippi is?" I replied, she's between the couch and the ottoman and it feels like she's pushing everything apart." Chris then said, "She's only about six inches below the top of the couch. I have got to get a picture!"

And the funny thing is, after we moved her so she wouldn't fall, she went back to the same place!!!
