Living in Topeka all my life, working downtown for a number of years, driving into town from the east on I-70 twice a week and seeing the skyline, I must say I have never seen the dome look so beautiful.
It took time. It took money. And it took a lot of patience, but it is striking. It's worth the drive downtown both at night and during the day to take a look!
