Casa de McGee is under construction! Chris and I have transformed our living room/dining room into closets and storage, and our basement is our new bedroom. At 25 weeks pregnant, it's a treat to go from waking up in the basement, venturing up a flight of stairs to go to the bathroom, up another flight of stairs to shower, down two flights of stairs to get dressed, then back up one flight to do my hair, etc. No one can say I'm not getting any exercise!

This last weekend I was kicked out of the second floor while Chris painted the spare bathroom. I laid in the basement while the work was being completed, but curiosity killed the cat and I ventured up the two flights to see the progress. When I arrived, I realized Chris had a couple of "helpers". Rumor has it they were kicked out of the bathroom a time or two too! However, I am happy with how the color turned out. One step down, only a few more to go!
